Open the return portal and enter the email from checkout plus your order number (for example #1001). If they match, you can download a free GLS return label. You do not need to sign in.
Stick the label on your sealed parcel and drop it at a GLS ParcelShop. Send the product back unused and complete. We refund after we receive the parcel.
